“ Esprit Villa by the sea “ is a magnificent townhouse with an accent style, in the old town center, in a flowered haven of peace, such a quiet alley, and yet a stone's throw from the excitement of the Old Town City. This apartment has high ceilings with Baroque moldings and open into a typically Nice decor, with stairs and pastels on the facades. Tastefully designed, it will appeal to those looking for exclusive and enchanting comfort, close to restaurants, shopping, and other cultural entertainment in Nice.
The entrance house is on the ground floor at street level. This large house is arranged over 2 levels. Seen being able to take out the small garden table to have a drink on the alley; absolute charm.
The Esprit Villa by the sea is in the heart of the famous old town, in the quietest and most typical street of the old town - just a few minutes’ walk from the Promenade des Anglais, the Colline du Château, the Cours Saleya market and the new park, the Coulée Verte, a play area in the center of Nice.
Located on a charming street known for its artist studios, you'll have access to an abundance of attractive restaurants, French-style bakeries, cafes and boutiques all right on your doorstep. Allow around 15 minutes on foot from the apartment to the port and around 25 minutes to get to Nice Ville train station along avenue Jean Médecin, the city's main shopping artery. The nearest tram stop is a few minutes from the apartment, as is the bus stop for the airport shuttle.
Living-Room
The living room has an impressive high ceiling, illuminated with a sparkling chandelier. The large fireplace, watched over by monumental sculptures, brings great serenity to the place. The living room is gently furnished with a large 3-seater sofa, its coffee table and a comfortable armchair and a large flat screen. You can also stay connected and informed thanks to the television and internet giving unlimited access to English channels.

Very elegant, the 2 bedrooms are each on an independent level. Each is equipped with large beds, bedside tables, reading lamps, and plenty of storage space. If you are traveling with a baby, there is space for a fold-out bed in the master bedroom which we can provide.
A first bedroom is fitted out as a suite, with direct access to the first bathroom
The second bedroom is located on an inter-level, between the ground floor of the living room and the 1st floor of the bedroom/suite
Bathroom
The bathroom is accessible from the master bedroom. It's a walk-in shower, a toilet, a sink and a large mirror with overhead lighting.
