FLOOR/BUILDING
On the 2nd floor of a typical Nice building without an elevator. There are only 40 steps to reach the apartment.
NEIGHBORHOOD
From this apartment, absolutely everything is within your reach. The Cours Saleya and its daily market, the beach and the famous Promenade des Anglais, restaurants and the great diversity of bars, the Castle Hill and museums. The Port is also just a few minutes from your apartment. Our reception is 100 meters from here. Several bus and tram lines are easily accessible.
STAY
The comfortable and cozy living room is perfect for relaxing in front of a good movie on the large sofa, or enjoying a meal around the big table. This carefully designed room in soft tones offers a sense of well-being, brightened by its two large windows. This room is equipped with a television.
CUISINE
The kitchen is separated from the living room. Well-equipped, it has a four-ring cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer.
ROOM
The bedroom follows the same style as the rest of the apartment, offering rest, calm, and serenity. It features a double QUEEN bed with bedside table and reading lamps, and a large wardrobe.
BATHROOM
Recently renovated just like the apartment, the bright and pleasant bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, small cabinets, a large mirror, and a toilet.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival

I chose to arrive by air:
When arriving at the airport, a wide range of transportation options are available to get to your apartment:

The tramway - The most affordable: Line 2 departs in front of terminals 1 & 2, serves the entire city's seaside, from the airport to Nice Port in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district. A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station. A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.

Taxis - The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is an official fixed rate that must be applied + luggage fees. Get informed and specify this to the driver; he cannot refuse. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.

The bus: The airport shuttle (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It passes every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you in the center, near Nice Thiers Station.
