* Short-term rental:
Rates are per night rate, calculated according to the length of stay. Prices per night including all utilities. This rate is applicable to short-term stay, which range from 3 to 29 nights:
For stays from 7 to 30 nights, the rate includes a discount of 10% on the rate per night.
* STAY medium and long term:
For Stay of medium and long term (over three months), the applicable rate is the rate per month. This price does not include the various utilities (electricity, telephone, etc.).

For these locations, the agency fee is calculated as follows:
2 months rent (low season only) = ½ month.
3 months rental = ¾ month.
Rental from 3 to 6 months = 1 months.
Rent from 6 to 9 months = 20% of total rent.
Rent from 9 to 11 months = 18% of total rent.
Rental of 1 year = 15% of total rent.
Renewal from 12 to 24 months = 7.5% of the total rent.
Renewal from 24 to 36 months = 3,75% of the total rent.

Always with the aim to provide the best prices throughout the year, we have defined three tariff periods:
High season: July and August (excluding exceptional events)
Mid season: The months of September and June (excluding exceptional events)
Low season: from October to May (excluding exceptional events)
II - Guarantees:
It required a deposit for each stay. This is calculated based on the size of the apartment and the length of stay.
It varies from € 300 to € 1,500.
To avoid stress to deposit the money on behalf of the company, the software offer our customers the option to leave a copy of the credit card. So the amount is not debited from the account. This is only a pre-authorization request to your bank.
At the end of the stay, if the apartment is left clean and in the same conditions of your arrival, on the day of your departure, the software will cancel this pre-authorization. So nothing will be charged to your account.
Caution: for Stays Long life over 21 days, since the pre-authorization has a duration of 21 days, the deposit will be made in cash.
III - Content of the services included in the base price:
* Rates of nights for short stay include:
- The availability of the house and furnishings for the period reserved.
- The supply of household linen and weekly change.
- All expenses and supplies (water, electricity, gas).
- All subscriptions (depending on the apartment: television, câble, internet, phone).
- A welcome pack with the necessary to make hot drinks (coffee, tea, chocolate).
- Support For the duration of your stay to solve all your reservation requests or problems that may occur during your stay.
- Free access to the Internet in our offices and receive faxes or documents during your stay.
* Monthly rates of lease for long-term stays are :
- The availability of the house and furnishings for the period reserved.
- The supply of two packs of bedding.
- Assistance for the duration of the stay.
- Internet access in our offices and receiving faxes and other documents during your stay.
